The Planning & Zoning Board meets the last Monday
of each month at 5:30 PM if there is an agenda.
The planning and zoning department is responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving development plans
- Issuing land disturbance and construction permits
- Inspecting trade work
- Issuing Certificates of Occupancy
- Interpreting and implementing the goals and objectives of the Joint Comprehensive Development Plan
- Interpreting the regulations and requirements of the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances
